Lego Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures is yet another valuable gem produced by Travellers’ Tales and is expected to create waves this June for the Wii, Playstation 2, Playstation 3, XBOX 360, DS, PC and the Sony PSP. Unlike its Star Wars predecessors, players will find 18 levels encased within the Lego Indiana Jones game, six of which is based upon the films Raiders of the Lost Ark”, “Temple of Doom” and “The Last Crusade”. If you do it well, you can even find bonus levels. This action-packed game is delightfully made with ample humor and witty dialogues.

Fans of the Indian Jones movies will recognize certain pivotal moments such as instances where Indy gets chased by angry natives, and the infamous giant-boulder-rolling-towards-Indy scene (substituted by a gargantuan Lego rock!). Besides these iconic moments, players will also enjoy enhanced movie sequences, improved game elements involving Professor Jones’ whip and ladders scattered throughout the levels as well as numerous puzzles that can either be solved alone or with your partner, Satipo follow this link. Besides helping you along treacherous levels, your AI-controlled buddy also provides some comic moments to amuse you.

If you think that Lego Indiana Jones is merely a platform game full of fillers and inane gameplay, then you are rather wrong. Take a quick tour of Indy’s college, and you will discover various rooms with different themes attached to them. Some lets you access cutscenes and collectibles while others let you exchange tokens collected throughout the game for goodies including unlockable, playable characters.

On a final note, I think this title would make a great game to while away those lazy Sundays. Replay value is average but I would pop in this game once in a while to see Lego Indy cracking his trusty whip.
